St. Louis Lady Blues/Cyclones 2010 August Hockey Conditioning

and Skills Program

Ø Open to all competitive BY99 and older female players regardless of where you plan to play in the 2010 - 11 season

Ø Cost $100/skater for 18.00 hours of ice (16 sessions)

o   Goalies cost $50

o   Single sessions for part time skaters cost $15/session ($8/session for Goalies)

Ø All players will skate as one group

Ø All practice sessions will be run by highly experienced Lady Blues coaches

o   No local practice games or tournaments are planned

Ø The Cyclones and Lady Blues team ice will start the first week of September 2010

Make checks payable to: St. Louis Cyclones Girls Hockey Association       OR pay with cash (credit cards not accepted)

Players are NOT allowed to participate in this program until their prior year dues are 100% paid.
